Digital Coaching

Digital Coaching is a partnership, involving a set of agreements with the client regarding the goals, timing, frequency, and role of the digital coach during or after a project, migrations or organisational change.

A Digital Coach can be deployed on site and/or virtually via a booking assistant or set times. Services include organising short, tailor-made training sessions, guiding teams post-migrations providing individual coaching sessions, guiding teams post-migration, providing individual coaching sessions assisting with development, and acting as an intermediary in communicating with the ICT department.
