This involves using the correct font, colour scheme, and logo. You also utilise planning tools to organise tasks and projects, set deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
In collaboration with the finance team, you set and manage budgets, ensuring all relevant information is accurately collected and reported. Additionally, you use collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to work efficiently on the documents
You keep track of changes and maintain clear communications with colleagues.
When sending mailings to customers or prospects, you select the appropriate target group and meticulously prepare the content, aligning it with the house style and intended message. Furthermore, you monitor emails, chats, and other communication channels to stay informed of important information and respond promptly to questions and requests from colleagues and customers.
